Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Lobby Receptionist to join our team at Allied Universal. As a Security Lobby Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safety and security of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
• Meet state and local licensing requirements.
