About the Role

As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote water safety and swimming skills. Your primary focus will be on creating a fun and supportive learning environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote water safety and swimming skills
  • Work closely with our experienced team to ensure high-quality instruction and customer service
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a positive learning experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and techniques

Requirements
  • Ability to swim and pass a basic swim test (50 yards)
  • Must be able to commit to missing no more than one class every 6 weeks (80-90% attendance)
  • Ability to be in the water for 4 hours at a time
