Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Overview: In a highly regulated environment for medical device production, this role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of essential quality systems to achieve or surpass defined metrics, quality targets, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives. This position includes supervising staff engaged in incoming and final inspections, as well as reviewing batch records (DHR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a pivotal resource during internal and external quality system audits.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and relevant software.
- Lead internal engineering development and validation processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Engage with clients for interaction and complaint resolution.
Position Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
Work Environment: This role requires full on-site presence.
