Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Support the sales floor operations, including receiving and processing donations, pricing and merchandising products, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and arranging products in a way that maximizes sales.
- Process customer transactions, including operating a cash register and handling returns and exchanges.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
