About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities across the state of Florida.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with state licensure and federal certification requirements. They will work closely with facility staff to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on implementing necessary changes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of healthcare facilities to evaluate compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for corrective action
  • Provide guidance and support to facility staff on implementing changes to improve patient care and safety
  • Document findings and complete written reports of survey results
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Licensure as a registered professional nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464
  • Two years of professional nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work before and after normal working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in the use of computer equipment and software programs, such as Microsoft Word and Outlook
