Job Title: Veterinary Nurse Assistant / Client Care Coordinator

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Veterinary Nurse Assistant / Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures
  • Assist with client communication, including answering questions, providing education, and addressing concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and test results
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or related field; experience with medical procedures and patient care a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other hospital staff
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
