As a Machine Operator, you will be integral to our high-energy production setting. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include setting up and managing production and packaging lines. Your meticulous attention to detail, dedication to safety, and collaborative spirit will be essential for thriving in this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and safely operate designated production or packaging lines in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure products are packaged correctly while minimizing waste
  • Inspect machinery prior to start-ups and during changeovers
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise, proposing effective solutions
  • Perform forklift operations when necessary
  • Conduct equipment testing and collect samples as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to all company safety and hygiene standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime during peak seasons
  • Strong attention to detail and self-driven
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards
  • Prior experience in forklift operation is advantageous
  • Ability to work in diverse environments and lift up to 35 pounds
