Speech-Language Pathologist

Grimmway Schools is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students who require speech and language therapy services to help them achieve their full potential.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide diagnostic, remedial, and consultative services to students with communicative disorders. This includes assessing students' speech and language skills, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and providing therapy services to students.

• Assess students' speech and language skills using standardized tests and assessment procedures
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communicative disorders
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with communicative disorders
• Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and to involve them in the therapy process

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential or equivalent
• Experience working with students with communicative disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Experience working with English language learners
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages
