Job Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team at Manufacturing Solutions Inc. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading our sitework teams and ensuring the timely completion of projects within budget. This role involves on-site operations, coordinating with team members, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead project teams on-site to complete daily tasks on schedule.
- Earthwork Planning: Plan and implement earthwork strategies, ensuring timely notification to local utility and regulatory entities.
- Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely as directed.
- Deadline Management: Establish a schedule to meet deadlines on internal/external site work projects.
- Site Inspections: Assist with site inspections and compile information on site conditions, reporting findings promptly.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with team members to effectively utilize all available resources.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- 3 years' experience supervising a team in siteworks-related operations.
- Adherence to and modeling of MSI values.
- Strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
