Mercy Hospital Watonga is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including 7a-7p, 11a-11p, and 7p-7a. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for select departments, as well as a $10,000 sign-on bonus for graduate nurses. Additionally, we provide education assistance, up to $20,000 loan forgiveness for new grad nurses, and tuition reimbursement of $2,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes day-one medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-matched retirement funds, and shift differentials. We are a critical access hospital with 30 swing beds and a multi-disciplinary team that strives to bring a personal touch to healthcare. If you are a graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program and are licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma, we encourage you to apply. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed. The position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift, as well as other unit-specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within the department required timeframe.
