Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Active, clear LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure
  • Masters Degree in Mental Health Discipline
  • 2+ years post-license experience
  • Experience with team-based care
  • Experience with Motivational Interviewing
  • Knowledge of and experience with several screening tools such as PhQ9, GAD 7, CSSRS, AUDIT, SBIRT, & CAGE
