Sales and Retail

As a Fitness Professional, you will also be responsible for driving sales and retail initiatives, including:

  • Selling memberships and add-ons, meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Utilizing our sales platform to acquire new memberships, leveraging promotions and sales strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on promotions and sales needs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Making consumable product recommendations, enhancing the member experience.
  • Stocking and organizing retail offerings, maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked environment.
  • Accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling money, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Achieving monthly sales goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Engaging in member account maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Completing regular club cleaning routines, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Reporting any incidents in a timely manner, prioritizing member safety and well-being.
  • Completing opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Physical demands include, but are not limited to, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking, with the ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • The ability to move freely in and around obstacles common in gyms, with the capacity to move quickly from one work area to another at a moment's notice.

  • Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, effectively communicating with colleagues and members.
