Key Responsibilities
As a Pest Control Technician, your role will include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service during routine maintenance visits while applying pest control solutions.

- Safely handling and applying pest control products in accordance with safety protocols.

- Conducting thorough inspections to identify pest issues and providing tailored solutions.

- Engaging with customers to explain services and benefits.

- Following designated routes and maintaining organized service records.

- Operating and maintaining a company vehicle while ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.

- Managing inventory and reporting needs for restocking.

- Utilizing technology for appointment management and customer service documentation.

- Committing to safety in all aspects of the job, including participation in training and meetings.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
The physical demands of this position include:

- Regularly standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Working in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.

- Maintaining focus and attention to detail while performing tasks.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

- Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, including some holidays.

- Willingness to obtain state-required training and licensing (training provided).
