Job Title: Winner's Circle

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Winner's Circle representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every visitor has a positive and memorable time at our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every visitor feels welcome and valued.
  • Guide guests through their Midway experience, answering questions and making recommendations on games and food.
  • Manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers as needed.
  • Assist guests with all requests, including game assistance and merchandise sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
  • Conduct merchandise inventory and reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the facility.
