Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nutrition Assistant I to join our team at CHI St. Vincent North. As a Nutrition Assistant I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients by providing exceptional food service and nutrition support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all food handling areas are sanitized and disinfected to maintain a safe environment for employees, patients, and guests.
  • Exhibit high-level knowledge in food preparation and production, accurately portioning meals and beverages while considering dietary restrictions.
  • Support team members in all areas of food services, including cashiering, stocking, cleaning, tray service, dishwashing, and food storage.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current ServSafe Allergen and Food Handler Certifications (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
