About the Role:
Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking candidates for the position of 2nd Shift Demount Assembler. This role involves critical tasks such as inspecting, soldering, mounting, and de-mounting products to meet specified standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing a microscope to examine components for any defects.
  • Applying solder to parts using solder pots.
  • Attaching components to carrier plates with temporary adhesives.
  • Removing and cleaning components as necessary.
  • Documenting essential information in logbooks and Dynamics E-logs.
  • Conducting final assembly, including stamping values onto components.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting production documentation.
  • Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to maintain a seated position for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform light lifting tasks.

Compensation:
$16 - $18 per hour
