We are seeking an experienced estimator who thrives in fast-paced environments and aspires to growth within the company. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating accurate estimates, conducting process reviews, inspecting customer vehicles, finalizing paperwork before vehicle delivery, and managing total loss administration.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing detailed estimates that meet customer expectations
  • Reviewing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Inspecting customer vehicles to assess damage
  • Completing all necessary paperwork before vehicle handover
  • Coordinating total loss administration to ensure seamless service

Requirements:
• A minimum of one year's experience in estimating
• Proficiency in Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Valid driver's license

The estimated salary for this role is $62,500 - $82,000 per annum, based on title, job description, and location.
