Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at SOAR365. As a member of our team, you will provide direct therapy services, support, and education to children and families enrolled in Pediatric Therapy, a program of SOAR365, using a family-centered approach.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to children and families enrolled in Pediatric Therapy
Support and educate families on how to promote their child's development and well-being
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for children and families
Maintain accurate records and reports of therapy services provided

Requirements:
Master's degree or above in the area of therapy assigned
State licensure in the area of therapy assigned
State certification as an Early Intervention Professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds
