Job Summary:
Coronado Unified School District is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with students and educators to provide behavioral support and create positive learning environments.

About the Role:
This position involves working with students who require individualized support to reach their academic and behavioral goals. You will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, providing reinforcement and incentives, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:
* Implement behavior intervention plans to support students with special needs
* Provide reinforcement and incentives to promote positive behaviors
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success
* Participate in regular meetings to discuss student progress and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician certification program
* Experience working with students with special needs preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
