Job Summary

RNnetwork is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a neonatal ICU setting, utilizing expertise in critical care and neonatal nursing.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and active registration in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in neonatal ICU nursing, with a strong focus on critical care and patient safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and family engagement.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare technologies.
