We are recruiting a seasoned Intensivist Clinician to join our Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. As a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting research, teaching, and engaging in scholarship. This is an excellent opportunity for Physician-Scientists who want to make a meaningful impact in the field of pediatric intensivism.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care and developing new treatment protocols
  • Conducting innovative research and publishing papers in reputable scientific journals
  • Teaching medical students and residents and mentoring junior faculty members
  • Mentoring junior faculty members and participating in departmental service activities

The salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $280,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Candidates must have an MD or DO degree, board certifications in pediatrics and/or a pediatric sub-specialty, and evidence of leadership abilities. Faculty rank is commensurate with the applicant's status and training and will be determined based on Northwestern University criteria.
