We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- 1 year of critical care or progressive care nursing experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of medical/surgical nursing experience with completion of approved critical care course and dysrhythmia course.
- Current ACLS certification.
