As a Construction Superintendent for our client, a leading Industrial Builder in Beaumont, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale industrial projects. With a strong focus on Ground Up Industrial Projects, our client has established a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans to ensure accurate project execution.
- Supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site to minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules to track project progress.
- Create and oversee punch lists to ensure completion of all related work prior to inspections.
- Identify and communicate issues to the construction team to resolve any project-related concerns.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in Industrial Construction, specializing in Industrial construction, including publicly funded projects.
- Strong oral communication and written skills to effectively collaborate with the project team.
- Ability to successfully manage all aspects of commercial projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
- Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.
