Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Rehabilitation Specialist (Occupational Therapist) position.

  • In-house program
  • Competitive salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks
  • No mandatory group treatments
  • Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services to residents, which includes conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans and goals, implementing treatments, planning for discharge, and performing other related duties as necessary. There are exciting opportunities for therapists to advance their professional skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state(s) where services are provided
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred
