Ramp Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ramp Agent to join our team at Signature Flight Support Corporation. As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft.

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients, including greeting and assisting with their needs
• Operate and maintain ground service equipment, such as fuel trucks and de-icing trucks
• Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections of aircraft to ensure safety and compliance
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless aircraft handling and movement
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent required; aviation experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and aircraft

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $22.00
