**Job Summary**

The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians, providing mentorship and hands-on training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient job completion.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate workloads and assist dispatchers to schedule service work in a way that maximizes efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Personally connect with customers, addressing their questions and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC service, with a strong background in leadership and customer service.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • HVAC Journeyman Card
  • EPA Certification
