Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician Opportunity

**Salary:** $80,000 - $105,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Micross Components. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including robotic systems and optical inspection tools
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Collaborate with production staff and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance overall performance
  • Participate in weekly Technical Review Board meetings to discuss discrepant material and root cause analysis
  • Support the implementation of new automation assembly equipment, including programming and process qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in microelectronic manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
