Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team at Collington. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Community Building, Health Center, Apartment Building, Cottages, and Villas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Restock toiletries and linens as needed, and maintain proper levels of supplies in linen closets.
  • Complete work order forms accurately and return them daily to the Environmental Services Team Leaders Office.
  • Ensure the Environmental Services work cart is stocked with cleaning chemicals and supplies, and that all cleaning chemicals are labeled correctly.
  • Wear proper uniform and display Collington Identification Badge while on duty, and maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
