Position Summary:
The Financial Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the sale of finance and insurance products to our valued customers. This role involves collaboration with various lenders and financial institutions to ensure our clients receive the best financial solutions available.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the sale of financing and insurance products to customers.
2. Achieve financial services goals and objectives through effective sales strategies.

5. Analyze the profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.

9. Maintain AFIP Certification and adhere to all reporting requirements.

14. Accurately record all hours worked in the company timekeeping system.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with dealership finance and insurance procedures is advantageous.

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze financial documents and contracts.
