Position Overview:
As a Press and Bindery Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and packaging processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various printing and bindery machinery, including sheet-fed and digital presses.
- Manage the setup and adjustment of press equipment, ensuring proper stock loading, paper path settings, and ink levels.
- Follow established operating procedures to maintain quality and efficiency in production.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals in a supportive environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, performing necessary adjustments and maintenance on equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA.
- High School diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of experience in a similar printing role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with printing processes and equipment.
- Basic skills in math, reading, and computer usage are essential.
