Job Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an Autism Specialist - ABA Therapist. As a BCBA at ChildServe, you will be part of a collaborative team working together to provide holistic care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing supervision of experience for BCBA candidates pursuing certification and supervising treatment plan implementation for certified and non-certified direct care providers.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective techniques across all environments promoting progress and generalization.
  • Developing and delivering training to staff and families on treatment plans using standardized curricula.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
  • Successful completion of the BACB's Supervisor Training Curriculum is preferred.
  • Will consider those sitting for BCBA exam in the next 6 months.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403B retirement account, you will also be eligible for a hiring bonus and loan repayment assistance up to $20,000. As a non-profit organization, we participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
