The Retail Guitar Repair Tech at Guitar Center is a key position responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality repair services, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their experience
- Maintain store-owned gear to ensure it's in excellent working condition
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet business objectives and drive sales growth
- Develop knowledge of Guitar Center products to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales
- Foster a supportive environment for musicians, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including stringed instruments and amplifiers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise
Guitar Center offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:
