Podiatrist - Vascular Surgery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated podiatrist to join our team at the University of North Carolina. As an academic podiatrist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, educating medical students and residents, and contributing to research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients with lower extremity wounds and podiatric conditions
- Participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows
- Contribute to research initiatives in podiatric medicine and surgery
- Collaborate with colleagues to advance the care of surgical patients
- DPM degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in diabetic foot and ankle management, general podiatry, and podiatric surgery
- Research experience in clinical outcomes and quality, health services research, or basic science/translational research
