Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Delegate and supervise nursing tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of care.
- Document patient care and progress, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, promoting a seamless and coordinated approach to care.
- One year of RN experience, with a preference for hospital or cardiac experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within five years of hire date.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with the option to hold an eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification, with a preference for National Certification in a specialty area.
