About the Job Description

The Senior Director, Marketing Strategy will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, developing and executing comprehensive digital and content marketing strategies across all channels. This role will drive business growth through key digital and content initiatives while overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals and content strategists.

This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing, Communications, Creative, and Events (MCCE). The successful candidate will be a proven people leader and self-starter to focus on building the capabilities and processes of the team, ensuring effective resources are in place and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
  • 15 years of progressive responsibility with marketing communications.
  • 7+ years of direct people management experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with communications teams (internal & external comms) to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to line of business leadership; brings gravitas in successfully working with strong executive leaders with a distinctive point of view; mature, can push back appropriately and manage expectations.
