Event Security Specialist

At Allied Universal® Event Services, we are seeking a skilled and motivated ROAM Response Team Officer to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a fast-paced environment, providing incident-response teams at client venues for sports, concerts, and special events.
The ROAM Response Team Officer shall respond to incidents either observed or called in from command post, in support of regular security personnel and on-duty law enforcement. Your duties may include performing roaming security patrols of designated areas at special events, observing departing personnel to protect against theft of client and company property, and responding to Incidents as directed by client, managers, and law enforcement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact cordially and communicate effectively with the public. Additionally, you should have effective oral and written communication skills, prior training in de-escalation techniques, critical thinking skills, active listening skills, and the ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively.
We offer competitive pay, with an estimated annual salary of $48,000-$60,000, depending on location.
