We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: In this role, you will oversee the coordination of departmental schedules, events, and interdepartmental communications, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with the hospital's mission.

Key Responsibilities: Manage secretarial duties, create detailed reports, liaise with hospital departments, facilitate reporting and communication with Baptist denomination leadership, serve as the primary point of contact for the Chaplaincy Department, maintain a comprehensive database of area congregations and pastoral contact information.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of related experience. Proficiency in Google operating applications and other relevant software.
