Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Equipment Specialist to join our team at Fareva USA. As a key member of our Packaging Business Unit, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting packaging equipment to ensure efficient production runs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently complete all set-ups and troubleshoot assigned lines to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with Packaging machine operators and Supervisor to resolve machinery-related issues during production runs.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and other major projects to maintain and improve our packaging capabilities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance standard line speed and crew efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA drug product manufacturing procedures, and Fareva's quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of related experience in packaging equipment setup, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative on specific issues.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced packaging environment producing cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletries. The role requires frequent movement, lifting, and bending, as well as exposure to sanitizing agents, hot water, and bleach.
