Job Requirements for Baking Specialist:

  • Ability to accurately weigh, sift, measure, and mix baking ingredients.
  • Competence in following recipes precisely.
  • Knowledgeable in standard pastry items such as ice creams, cakes, chocolates, and various baking techniques.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pastry work.
  • Capability to lift over 50 lbs.

  • Capacity to complete orders efficiently.
