About the Role

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC to join our team of mental health professionals. As a LPCC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to clients with mental health needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Active State Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC
  • Masters Degree in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
