About the Role

Soljets is seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead our regional sales efforts and drive business expansion in the private jet brokerage market.

Main Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our client base, achieve revenue targets, and foster strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporations, and other potential customers.
  • Work closely with sales analysts to create proposals, market summaries, aircraft comparisons, and presentations for client interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least five years of sales experience, preferably in the private jet, brokerage aircraft, maintenance, sales flight, training, charter, or luxury services industries.
  • Deep understanding of the private and corporate aviation market, including its dynamics and trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends, driving strategic decision making.
