About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our company's executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and performing various clerical tasks. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and discretion when handling confidential information are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executives' calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails
  • Draft and distribute correspondence
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team
