Position Overview:
Insight Comprehensive Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to enhance our vibrant team. We currently have openings available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Develop, modify, and assess individualized care plans that address identified issues and involve patient and family participation.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions using standard physical therapy techniques tailored to each patient's condition.
  • Evaluate participants to determine their mobility levels and other functional capabilities.
  • Recommend therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ambulation support as necessary.
  • Perform initial assessments and periodic re-evaluations of all participants' physical conditions and functional statuses.
  • Document and communicate any changes in participants' conditions to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and care planning sessions.
  • Engage in quality improvement processes to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Must hold a valid license in the State of Michigan or be eligible for licensure as per state guidelines.
  • A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Previous experience in a residential care environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English for effective patient care and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to various responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated compassion and respect towards patients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision in all work outcomes.
  • Reliable in attendance and work performance.
