Dexian is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Research & Credit team. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will play a critical role in supporting the acquisition and management of commercial real estate.

About the Role
  • Perform due diligence and research of real estate markets, tenants, and industries to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess the creditworthiness of potential investments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the performance of existing properties and portfolios.
  • Prepare comprehensive summaries of investment opportunities for presentation to our management and investment committee.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA are not required but preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, underwriting, or credit analysis at a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex data into clear and concise reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in using financial modeling tools such as Yardi.
