- Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Shift Details: Night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a travel nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med Surg setting
- Active RN license
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS required
- Experience with EPIC documentation system preferred
Care will be provided to a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics with various medical conditions such as:
- Respiratory failure
- Cardiac issues
- Renal complications
Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in:
- Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
- Blood product administration
- Procedural sedation
- Tracheostomy management
