El Project Coordination Specialist será responsable de colaborar estrechamente con nuestro equipo interno de gestión de proyectos, así como con arquitectos e ingenieros, para facilitar la obtención de permisos y autorizaciones para proyectos en todo el país. Este rol implica llevar a cabo diversas tareas de coordinación, como la gestión de cronogramas y riesgos, además de realizar funciones administrativas, como el mantenimiento de la documentación del proyecto y la gestión de consultas financieras. Para tener éxito en esta posición, se requieren habilidades excepcionales de gestión del tiempo y comunicación, ya que trabajarás en conjunto con clientes y equipos internos para cumplir con los plazos establecidos.

  • Colaborar con arquitectos e ingenieros en la preparación de documentos de construcción y presentaciones a diversas jurisdicciones.
  • Asegurarse de que se satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes a medida que los proyectos evolucionan.
  • Supervisar el progreso del proyecto y reportar retrasos en los cronogramas.
  • Trabajar con los Gerentes de Proyecto para eliminar obstáculos.
  • Emitir toda la documentación legal pertinente.
  • Crear y mantener documentación integral del proyecto, planes e informes.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Experiencia comprobada como Coordinador de Proyectos o en un rol similar.
  • Personalidad extrovertida con disposición para interactuar con arquitectos, ingenieros, funcionarios de la ciudad, clientes, etc.
  • Capacidad para preparar e interpretar diagramas de flujo, cronogramas y planes de acción detallados.
  • Sólidas habilidades organizativas, incluyendo la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y gestionar el tiempo.
  • Fuertes habilidades de atención al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
  • Experiencia práctica con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como SmartSheets, entre otras.
