Join Our Team as a Probate Administration Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Probate Administration Paralegal to join our team at The Darren Findling Law Firm. As a key member of our probate and estate planning team, you will be responsible for drafting, filing, and serving pleadings, communicating with clients and courts, and managing a caseload from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and filing pleadings, including motions, petitions, orders, and other probate-related documents
  • Communicating with clients, courts, and counsel to ensure timely and effective case management
  • Scanning and filing documents, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing a caseload from start to finish, including assisting the supervising attorney as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in probate and estate planning
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under stress
  • Results-oriented and able to assume ownership of work product
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
