RV Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls and managing customer interactions
• Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating a total commitment to success every day
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns, providing accurate and timely information
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned to support the success of our team

Requirements:

• Positive, out-going personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong attention to detail
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work with a variety of customers and prospective customers, including RV clients and sales teams
• Ability to handle and process deposit payments for RV purchases
