About the Role:

  • We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in various clinical settings, including acute care, medical-surgical, and specialty units.
  • As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based practice.
  • You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality initiatives.

Requirements:

">
  • Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible for compact state licensure
  • AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent
  • 12-24 months of RN experience for Clinical Nurse II, 3 years of clinical experience for Clinical Nurse III
  • Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program recognized and/or approved by the corresponding state's Board of Nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher
  • Experience as an LPN, nursing assistant, or care partner in an acute care setting
  • Certification in specialty area for Clinical Nurse III
