About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our retail banking operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing our customer base, and driving revenue.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Provide top-notch service to our diverse client base, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Solutions: Offer personalized financial solutions tailored to individual customer needs, promoting our products and services to drive growth and revenue.
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) System Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into our POS system, maintaining customer records and transaction history.
  • New Business Development: Foster new relationships through inbound and outbound call campaigns, expanding our customer base and driving business growth.
  • Customer Account Management: Assist in managing customer accounts, collections, and appointments, ensuring timely resolution of issues and seamless customer experience.
  • Store Appearance and Security: Maintain the internal and external store appearance, adhering to cleanliness standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Compliance: Uphold company policies, procedures, and relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, preventing non-compliance and potential risks.
  • Ongoing Training: Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated on our evolving products and processes to enhance job performance and adaptability.
  • Efficient Time Management: Work efficiently in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Professional demeanor with customers and peers necessary.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy required.
  • Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 90% of the time.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement based on performance.
